Fiona has a breadth of experience in HR Leadership roles in small to medium sized organisations and has over 30 years in the field of HR. She is especially passionate about supporting charities and social enterprises to optimise their HR so that their people can work well and have a greater impact on their communities.
Her recent work in the social sector has involved developing strategies and plans, organisational change and restructuring, TUPE transfers, mental health and wellbeing, facilitating the resolution of workplace conflicts, disciplinaries and grievances, pay structures, salary benchmarking, training, recruitment and the provision of HR documentation.
Fiona has a Batchelor of Arts in Accounting and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and has upgraded to a Chartered Fellow with the CIPD. She has also completed a 2-year Leadership Programme with Cranfield Business School. She is qualified in personality testing with the British Psychological society, trained in Hay job evaluation and has attended Director and Trustee training programmes. She also recently completed wellbeing coach training with the ICF (International Coaching Federation).
