Jimmy van Santen

Jimmy joined Roots HR in 2021 as one of our consultants following his completion of his master’s in human resources management. Jimmy has previously headed up the HR function for a large national UK charity where he introduced a new HR framework for the organisation.  Jimmy is fully qualified and knowledgeable in all matters of people management helping employers manage their HR processes. Jimmy has a calm and structured approach to resolving issues in a professional and pragmatic way. Jimmy is a strong advocate for equality and diversity and uses this as the foundation to all he does.
