Roots HR 1 Hour Free Consultancy

As part of our social impact Roots HR offers up to 1 hour of free HR Consultancy to social sector organisations.* Use your FREE hour to:

  • Take advice and consider options and risks with regard to people management situations;
  • Discuss and check employment documentation such as contracts of employment, policies and letters;
  • Discuss people management challenges at the individual, team or organisational level;
  • Check out proposed approaches to projects, initiatives and change and consider options.

This free 1 hour of HR Consultancy will be provided free of charge by phone, email or via Teams by one of our experienced HR consultants. The time may be used in one go or in up to 4 sessions of 15 minutes per session.

*To qualify, organisations must: i) be established as a bona fide social sector organisation in the UK (e.g., a charity, community organisation, co-operative, social enterprise or an infrastructure organisation supporting the sector) AND ii) be currently delivering services or trading OR iii) be preparing to deliver services or trade.
