Webinars – Webinars are a great way for your workforce to learn without having to leave the working environment. Delivered remotely by fully qualified HR consultants, via simple-to-use webinar technology, sessions typically run for one hour and can be delivered at a time convenient to you.
Upload – Upload is an exciting and simple knowledge transfer package, delivered from the HR experts in our organisation to you. Aimed at HR professionals, senior managers and leaders in the social sector, bespoke 1:1 sessions are specifically designed to supply the advice and information needed by individuals in your organisation to enable them to develop their knowledge and understanding, improve performance or develop in their roles.
Coaching – Coaching can unlock you or your team’s potential, enabling individuals to constantly grow and improve. Through a balanced mixture of observing, listening, supporting and asking questions, coaching can create an environment in which goals are identified, and individuals are supported in achieving them.
Training – Ranging from ½ day upwards, we offer a suite of training courses which are aimed at developing managers and supervisors with people management and/or health and safety responsibility, and ensuring your organisation meets minimum legal compliance.
Mentoring – Mentoring provides the opportunity for individuals in your organisation to work with qualified, experienced, supportive HR professionals whose knowledge, experience and contacts can be invaluable as development opportunities.
Facilitation – Facilitated away days, team days etc. are often helpful when used as part of strategic planning or communication process. Our HR Consultants will work with your Board or senior management team to help you understand your common objectives and assist you in planning to achieve them.
